Clever Shop-Made Edging Clamps

By: Chris Fitch
You don't have to be woodworking very long before you run into situations where ordinary bar clamps just won't get the job done. Woodworking catalogs feature a variety of specialty clamps, but it's hard to justify their price for occasional use. On the other hand, with just a few, small pieces of wood, you can make your own special-purpose clamps like the Edging Clamps seen in this video. These clamps apply just the right amount pressure to hold edging in place while the glue dries, and if you build them you'll find them pretty handy in your shop too.

Get the step-by-step plans to make 5 Shop-Made Clamps including these Edging Clamps from WoodsmithPlans.com.
