Build a Rotary Tool Workstation

This support is just a piece of hardwood with a hex nut in it to hold the rotary tool. It clamps into a vise and allows the tool to be used as a mini spindle sander, grinding wheel, or whatever else you may need.

They’re lightweight, easy to handle, and incredibly versatile with all the available head attachments. However, when it comes to smaller parts, it can be a pain to maneuver both the tool and the workpiece, which is why I came up with this support.
This support is just a piece of hardwood with a hex nut in it to hold the rotary tool. It clamps into a vise and allows the tool to be used as a mini spindle sander, grinding wheel, or whatever else the project may call for.
