Low-Cost Bookcase
Easy-to-build bookcase plan is also easy on the wallet! Only one sheet of 3/4" plywood is needed for the case and all the shelves. Add a few board feet of hardwood lumber and a piece of 1/4" plywood and you’re good to go.
Plan features sturdy (but easy to cut) tongue and dado construction. We used biscuit joinery on the face frame — this made the job quick and easy without sacrificing strength. Versatile plan can be modified to create an entire wall of shelves with individual sections. We'll show you how!
