Child's Loft Bed
Loft beds have fast become one of the most popular kinds of beds for kids. And it's no secret why — they're terrific space savers, and kids love 'em.
Our loft bed woodworking plan features an upper loft (fits a standard twin mattress) and a large desk with storage space for books and toys. Simple carriage bolt and wood screw construction make this bed easy to disassemble for moving.
This woodworking plan uses standard dimension pine lumber (3/4" 1x2, 1x4, 1x6) readily available at your local home improvement center.
